Get Super Pro - Hire the Best Talent
Context
Get Super Pro is a platform that helps companies hire the best talent using AI voice interviews. I built this project in collaboration with my friend Armando and Christian. The idea was to create a platform that would allow companies to hire the best talent in a faster and more efficient way.
Challenge
The main challenge for this project was to create the proper AI abstractions that allowed us to easily create new voice interviews and evaluate candidates. We started with a simple OpenAI integration but quickly realized that we needed a more sophisticated approach to handle the complexity of the interviews and evaluations.

The tech stack we chose for this project included:

This tech stack allowed us to create a powerful and flexible platform in a short amount of time, and it allowed us to focus on what really matters:
creating the best product for our customers and validating the market
Lessons Learned
This was a very challenging project for me, but it was also a great learning experience. Here are some of the key lessons I learned:
